"Forgot my password" email not sending

Hello!
I know I have an account here (this has happened before ) but I haven't used it in awhile so naturally my computer didn't keep me logged in, and I've already locked the account once trying and failing to guess my old pw. I did the 'forgot password' thing once last night and yes even checking my junk and other inboxes it didn't come. tried again earlier this morning and still nothing.
Email attached to the account is (edited) - can an admin please help? (my account name was 1 letter too long for the 'your name' section, should be beautyinthebreakdownxo) thanks

hiiii, the password reset wasn’t working over the weekend but I fixed it this morning - try again and let me know if you’re still having issues. If so, I will have to manually reset your password for you
